Hey Guys
My appeal was allowed on 10 Mar 2015 and neither me nor my solicitor has heard anything from the home office since. I emailed HO/MP last Thursday, still no reply! I have been without my passport for a year already and wonder how long before I'll see it again.
Any advice how I can get an update?
Thanks!

what was the reason for the rejection for which u had to go to appeal process?
I read in the forum somehwre that it may take few months to get response from UKBA.

My Tier 2 extension was refused as I relied on my previous COS and my sponsor licence had since expired too. My UT appeal was allowed due to the fact that I completed my 10 years lawfully stay in the UK in Jan 2015.

Kindly explain bit more about your hearing and appeal.
Did u send set lr application during appeal process?
Why your appeal was dismissed in ftt? Did u complete 10 years when u went to ftt hearing?

I got positive outcome at both hearings.
HO challenged the FTT decision which led me to UT and I was advised to add new grounds for the UT hearing since I had completed 10 yrs by then. I have been on 3c leave since my visa renewal was not successful and I opted not to withdraw the appeal in order to preserve my right of work.
I was short of 47 days at the time of the FTT hearing to complete my 10 yrs.
I received an email response today from HO Croydon following my enquiry and I was asked to continue to wait ... I don't know for how long more?
