ILR next week - Police visit

Hi,

I have ILR appointment for my family next week. 2 weeks back we had a minor argument and 999 call was made accidently. Police visited us and asked number of questions. Me and my wife said no to any police investigation and there was no violence involved.
Me or my wife did not sign on anything and finally police left after nearly 2 hours.
Calling 999 was a mistake but now I am worried if that would cause problem in ILR application. There was no formal warning issued to us.
Do we need a immigration solicitor or perhaps its too late now? Please help us with your kind suggestions.

Thanks

There is absolutely no reason to worry at all.

It seems ok. But for extra piece of mind better to visit your local police station to check whether they have created any record??

Thanks. But reading previous posts police record check (PNC) takes longer up to a month. I just hope everything is fine.

Hi life4u/all

Any updates? Did you get your ILR?

Even I had same issues some months ago. I had a heated up argument with my partner regarding financial matters. My partner called the police in anger mood. But we informed we are happy together and we will sort it out once we calm down.

But police has created this as a domestic violence incident. No one was charged/arrested though or none of us got any caution. They just informed us that they will log under DV category. Ive received a copy of SAR, that states the same. But no suspects.

Will this cause an issue?

Thanks in advance.
