hi all,
i hope that i will be helped here, as solicitors they don't.
now i am close to 10 years in the uk. i had tier 1 ent, application refused by HO,then i appeal that decision.
which was by upper tribunal refused with no appeal rights(permission to appeal to the upper tribunal)
then i was suggested to put flr(o) application by solicitors, i applied for flro, which is undecided yet.
my question is ; will i have appeal right if flro is refused ? flr0 is on private/family life.
if there is no appeal right ? what will be the next step ? fresh application or judicial review ?
if i go for fresh application or JR , will this time count towards lawful residency ?
i was also suggested by solicitor to put set o application while flr o is pending ,,, ???? what you guys think about this ?

i need your help. please advise,
thank you all in advance.

tier 1 ent. initially refused in jan-2013 with right of appeal, then FTT asks HO to re consider the application under old rules.
HO again refused , FTT refused, PERMISSION TO APPEAL TO UT refused in jan-2015.
it was so unfortunate.

It was still an out of time application, so it would be very unusual for it to have appeal rights if refused. Imagine: a person could live continuously in the UK for decades if this was the case - they could continue to put in frivolous applications and pursue them all to appeal...

Not suggesting you have done this *wink wink*

Only if the FLR(O) is successful, and even then you will have a gap.
