ILR & Dependent FLR & UK born Child

Hello People

Thanks in advance for your HELP.


My information:

1. I am on Tier -1 General from 17-05-2011, ans my second extension expires on 30-05-2016. so i am eligible to apply for ILR prior to 17-04-2016

2. My wife on Tier-1 General Dependent Visa in July 2013, but she entered to UK on 25th Jan 2014, She gave Birth to our son and returned to India on 15th May 2014. She returned to UK on 28-03-2015 hold the Tier 1 General Dependent visa until 30-05-2016.

3. My Son born here we applied for visa once he is in India he holds Tier 1 General dependent visa until 30-05-2016.


Question & confirmation:

1. I can apply for ILR what are the requirements ?
2. Which visa i can apply for my Wife along with my ILR ?
3. Do i need apply for my Son's visa or i can apply directly for citizenship ?

Please advise me in right way

1. Read FAQs for ILR - WP/Tier 2/HSMP/Tier 1 - Read before posting and Points-based system, Tier 1 settlement guidance
2. Extend PBS dependant leave from within the UK. Post further queries on spouse's FLR in this forum.
3. Read Q29-Q32 in the FAQs linked above, and see also Children. Post further queries on your child's citizenship in this forum.

Thanks for the information.

Bit confused so do i need to apply for the Tier G 1 Dependent vise for my wife when i apply for the ILR ? instead of of FLR ?

She will qualify for ILR in 2018. She can apply for a further 2 years extension under PBS Dependent Route.

Child may be registered as British. However child will not automatically be British.
