Hi,
I have received 2 PCN today and 1 in the last week ,I have my IlR next month.I M so stressed out.
I don't have any more leave beyond October 2015 .guys can someone plz suggest ,will these PCN's effect my ILR?i Will be paying the fine immediately.Should I mention it on my ILR application ?

My tier 1 visa validity starts from October 15th 2010 ,i 1st visited the UK on 16th October 2010,so I m eligible to apply for my ILR this year i.e 28days from 16 October or 15th October 2015?
I have booked for my ILR PEO appointment on 21st sept 2015,m i correct ? Plz advice .

Hi,
I will be applying for ILR soon,just noticed last week that from the past 2 months I m getting £100 less in my salary .when I spoke to my HR ,she said it was the pay roll issue and my £200 will be amended in my september salary slip,to my surprise after 2 days
She got me the salary slip for the month of August which is amended and also another salary slip of £200 .so now my bank stmt will show the first amt as £xxxx - £200 and the next amt in the bank is £200,gone in separately .
So I m bit stressed,cause my bank stmt and salary slip show different amt but when the two salary slips are added ,I arrive at the final right amt in my bank stmt
I m planning to get a letter from HR for the same on corny letter head and signature.
Is it ok?or m i in a big mess.i m in permanent employment.
Plz advice

It would be very nice, if you get a letter from your HR for the difference.
You can't explain it to the Case Worker, so provide a letter to avoid this confusion.
I had the same problem just for 20p difference.

Is it possible if I show my earnings from August 2014 to July 2015?
So my gross salary will remain the same as well I can avoid this August 2015 confusion and I m also getting the required points .
My ILR is in this month end.
