I have been in the country for almost 10 years legally, I got in Dec2005

I am currently on spouse visa, expiring next year march

I know am eligible for ILR in December but i have a son who came into the country 2008, he will be 14 this year and he is my dependant.

when I apply for my ILR in December, what sort of visa can I apply for him as he will complete his 7 years in November.

2005-2008-Student visa
2008-2010 - PSW
2010-2013- Tier 2 working visa
2013-2015 - spouse visa

the question is about my son please

After you are granted ILR, son may apply for SET(F), assuming the other spouse is British or settled.
