I'm applying to ILR next week (12/01/2016). It is a bit urgent. Please help. Here is my case
17/02/2009 Came into UK under Work permit dependant visa
12/02/2010 Tier 2 (Dep) Partner Leave to remain/ Tier2 Dependant
13/02/2013 to 15/01/2016(visa expired date): Extent Tier2 Dependant visa with the same partner on 13/02/2013. I got the new card, on my BRP card stated is "PBS Dependant". My husband got ILR in Nov 2013 after 5 years working. We got my daughter in 2013. My daughter is a British citizen.
So I'm living legally in the UK for 7 years. I'm applying using SET(O).

Please help with my questions:
Q1: Which category
Which category do I need to apply? In Section 3 Set O: Tier 2 dependant or "Other purposes or season not covered by other application forms". If other purpose option, how can I fill in?
Q2: My husband 's bank statement format
I only have the photocopies bank statement not in headed paper but be verified and signed by the bank officer. Is it valid?
Q3: My husband's payslips are electronic payslips? Can I print them in colour paper?
Q4: About cohabitation documents:
We are living together 7 years in the UK, have a daughter here in 2013. However in 2014, we came back our country and live together there for 8 months there so my kid could visit their grandparents. We haven't got any cohabitation documents for that 8 months when we were out of the country. We only have airline tickets with same flight date. So we are submitting documents from 2013, 2014(missing 8 months, just got airline tickets), 2015. Is it alright?
Q5: Do I need my husband employer letter?
Q6: Do I need to summit original version of my husband passport and BRP card? or copies is good enough?
Q7: If my husband become British when I'm applying, is there any issue to my application?
Q8: About the list of document, please help me to check if it is alright.
Here are list of document we are submitting by post
1. Latest Application form
2. My passport and BRP (including photocopies of all the pages)
3. My husband's passport and BRP photocopies of all pages
4. My husband's Employer letter (do we need this?)
5. My husband's 3 months pay slips
6. My husband's 3 months bank statements
7. Last 2 yrs cohabitation documents (which includes both our names)- Tenancy agreements, Utility bills, Bank statements or letter, Council tax bills (we got 3 years documents with airline tickets for missing 8 months living outside of the UK)
8. Marriage certificate
9. Child birth certificate in 2013.
10. 2 photographs latest
11. English certificate from Trinity College London
12. Life in the UK test certificate
13. Sponsor letter from my husband
14. A another photocopy set of above documents

Thanks a lot!

Q3: My husband's payslips are electronic payslips? Can I print them in colour paper?

You need to sign them and probably stamp them too before you put them in your application.

Please don't post throughout the forum in other member's threads. It's unfair to the members and very confusing. Keep your questions to your own thread where you are already getting a response.
