Hi Guys
I am new to this forum. I want to go for ILR in March 2016 .Right now i am here on Tier 1 Visa and I will complete my 5 years by Apr 2016.
I have 3 points and fine on my licence for signal jump which I received from court.
I have basic disclosure and Acro criminal records check and both are clear.

Please let me know if this would be a problem for ILR. Thanks in advance.

Cheers
Ash

Asmita

Please disclose any road traffic or any offence to the home office.

in my case i had 3 points and 100 fine. i Disclosed as well as added a copy of the letter I had received.

I have read topics in this forum where people have not diclosed and they have been rejected.

you can got to this site: you would need your national insurance number and driving licence number to acess it.

Hi MJCR,

Thanks for your reply.I can see 3 points on my license in https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
Did you receive fine from court? did you get ILR without any issues?

Hi Asmita,

i didnt get a letter from court only from the Police stating about the fine and points, I had to send in my counterpart and photo card licence and debit card details.

they added the points on my counterpart.

i applied my t2 extension with this, and was granted.

end of the day honesty is the best policy and thats what the Home office states if you hide any information its deception on ur application and they might refuse you.

I am not sure about court letters etc may be the gurus might be able respond on this.
