Has anyone submitted the proof for their class 2 NI payments with their application????
As per my understanding it is the the bill/ direct debit proof just before the application (Rules changed after feb15 which means no bill or direct debit) so we don't have any proof.

Hope seniors have a profound info on this

so far two cases have been refused just because applicants didn't send the proof of class 2 NI.
I always found this forum to be informative and supportive.

Hope you guys share your experience and opinion.

How can we send Class 2 NI proof when HMRC doesn't send one

They dont after feb 15.
It will be calculated after your end of year tax calculations.
Ukba only asks for bill or direct debit so what proof hmrc sends which ukba lists in their guidelines

Home office is aware of this.. they know that Calss 2 NI bills are no longer send by HMRC and adjusted on your tax return. They have access to hmrc files to find out you are self employed.. so no need to worry.
