ILR Refused due R -v- Shahzad Sultan

Recently I applied for ILR on the basis of 5 years on Tier 1 (General), which was refused and the reason was given that one of my previous employer which I worked in 2010, was prosecuted xxxx xxxxx xxx in following case
R -v-
Shahzad Sultan and Others in Harrow Crown Court in June 2014
They further added that the evidence of the genuineness of this company has been tested and it was found out that it existed for no genuine trading presence and was founded solely for the purpose of providing false evidence of earnings.
I would appreciate if anyone can share their experience who may be aware of this.

Not much hope, if you were enveloped with them in any sort of illegal activity.
Did u work for them ? if u did what sort of services did you provide, I thing there is more to story here than put forward, Please can you give us more details in order for us to advise u accordingly.

I posted here to find out any suggestions of what could i provide to satisfy Home Office that I have genuinely worked here.
I have Bank Statements that shows that I have been paid monthly for 7 months from company bank account
also have payslips from this employer, have my old diary that I used to take notes during clients meeting and also have some of the reports that i had prepared during the employment
secondly if anyone had any similar experience of this nature and wishes to share his/her experience, so may be I can learn something from them

it is not acceptable to post in-depth messages in public here naming and discussing companies and persons who have been subjected to the full force of UK criminal law.
