Hello Friends,

I am on Tier2 G and will be applying for ILR this November.

Could somebody guide me with the cover letter as what should this say while requesting the Employment History from HMRC? Also, what should be filled in the nature of Claim in this form ?

I dont think this is a mandatory document

You can simply call them up and request for a letter in post. No need to fill anything out.
