Hi All,

I am new to this forum. I am settled and have British nationality. My wife applied for spouse visa along with my 3 children on 6th of July 2012.

Her visa was rejected and went into appeal, which we won and she was granted 27 months visa (under old rules)

Now she is applying for ilr(in person). I have completed the set (m) forms, but I am confused that do I have to complete separate forms for my children (all my children are under the age of 16) or they can be included on the same form.

Please suggest.

I was confused as there is another form called set F for dependent children.

Set(M) is the correct form for your dependents.

Set(F) is for children whose parents are both on ILR and child is applying alone.
