FLR(M) spouse settlement visa. She will be on a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) before she will qualify for ILR. She also has to pay the £500 immigration health surcharge plus the visa fee (£811 postal or £1311 in person)
Q2 : my little boy he is just 5 months old and born in uk ,, do i need to apply for pakistani passport first to apply for (MN1) application (british citizen ) or there is any other way i can apply without pakistani passport .. No, he does not require a foreign passport if born in the UK

If you were on Tier 1 Entrepreneur, surely you can demonstrate sufficient funds as savings. If you can not meet the earnings requirement, you can meet the financial requirement by showing £62,500 of savings in an accessible bank account for at least six months.
If you can't meet either the earnings or the savings requirement, your wife will be on the 10 year FLR(FP) path to ILR and will be eligible for ILR in September 2023 (assuming that she does not break continuity of residence).
Register both your UK born children as British citizens using Form MN1 and following the registration, they are not included in the financial requirement.

You should consider FLR (M) for your wife in your circumstances. FLR (FP) likely to fail.

You can't apply for FLR(FP) parent route as you aren't living separately.

You should be prepared with a Plan B . Having a British child by no means guarantees that you will have the right to remain in the UK, especially as your child is only a few months old.
The Case Worker may well take the view that you can all re-settle together as a family in your home country.
