SET(O) questions - appointment tomorrow, please help!

Hello posters and gurus.

I am stuck at a few questions on the SET(O) form and would greatly appreciate inputs. I have my appointment for tomorrow and without these queries resolved, I will have to postpone it to next month :(

So here are my doubts

1) Section 6.3 Evidence for absences - I have employer letters for the time I was employed but in 2013 I traveled out of UK for 39 days. What should I do for this - explain in a cover letter or just ignore?

2) Section 6.11 it seems to be the same as 6.3. Is there something I am missing?

3) Section 7.5 - civil penalty : I once received a "penalty charge notice" from NHS due to my prescription prepayment having expired. It seems to be reffered to as a "civil penalty" at several sections of their website. Do I need to mention it?

4) Section 12E : What could/should I do for this if I came to the UK straight on a T1(G) visa - "For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Cheers.
SS

You posted at 6:13am on a Monday morning when people are likely getting kids up to get to school and to get to work.

Suggest be a bit patient and wait for someone to respond if they wish to. It is not the forum members fault you have left it so late to ask questions.

Well. It had 80 odd views and 0 replies. And I am asking for help, what makes you think I am picking out faults?

Anyways, the timeline for changing the appointment has passed so I guess I will find out the answers tomorrow now.
