I am a British citizen, my wife is eligible for her ILR as on Aug 2018, my daughter was born in India when I was on ILR and hence I applied for her Indian passport and UK visa and my daughter entered UK as on Feb 2017, At present both my wife and my daughter is living with me in UK.

My question is, when can I apply for my daughter’s British passport? Can I apply along with my wife application?

Please suggest an option.

My status: British citizen as on Oct 2016
My wife Visa status: PBS dependent, eligible for ILR as on Aug 2018 (5 year route)
My Daughter: PBS dependent, issued on Jan 2017 and valid until Jan 2019.

She can apply for British citizenship after she gets ILR. She can apply for ILR when her mother applies for ILR in 2018.
