Hi

My wife is on PBS dependent visa and I got my Citizenship recently.
Her first Tier2 dependent visa issued on 31-Oct-2012 and entered UK on 19-Nov-12.

We can apply ILR on 04-Oct-17 right?
Also the form should be SET (O) ?

Please advise.

No, for dependents it starts counting from date of entry to the UK.

She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 19th November on form Set(O).

When does her visa expire?

Make sure she has the correct English requirement paperwork and LIUK?

We recently extended her Visa and will expire in Jul 2020.
LIUK test - Passed
English : UK NARIC applied for Indian degree and received the letter.
Please advise if this is fine.

Also since she is dependent and recently started working in our limited company, we just need to submit bank statements for last 6 months to prove maintenance right? Or am i missing anything else.

There is no maintenance requirement for ILR.

NARIC must be the English Language Assessment (ELA) red route UKVI one.
