ILR Premium Service SET (O) or (LR) form

Hi,

I have 2 quick questions and would be grateful if anyone has experienced this can share what to do or any useful information.

I have booked my appointment for the in person ILR Premium Service however, I selected the SET (LR) instead of the SET(O) form. There isn't an option to amend or change this once you have paid. I have been advised by the Home Office Call centre people to email the refunds department asking to get the form changed or to just turn up to my appointment with the SET (O) form and just explain my story to the Case Worker - the latter seems more of a gamble. Anyone know what dept to contact or if I should go ahead with the advice to just turn up and explain to the case worker?

Thank you

You can attend with Set(O) for ILR. Members have made the same mistake in the past and gone with the correct form.

Seems to be a common mistake and an explanation should suffice.

The alternative would be to cancel, wait for a refund and then rebook.

Thank you for reply friend:
Did you get Discretionary Leave after Asylum Refused?
Or any other basis?
