Please can anyone confirm if there is premium service application for ILR

Not for the 3 or 5 year routes.
It's only available for long residence (10 years) for Tier 1 Entrepreneurs.

Super Premium Service may be a fast option for T1 applicants.

That is also not available for the 3 year or 5 year route.
I confirmed this by contacting the super premium team myself.
They said that from the applicants on the Tier 1 Entrepreneur route, only those applying under the 10 year route can use the super premium service.

This OP is a Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR applicant. There is no premium service for this ILR route. Please do not give incorrect information.

Indefinite leave to remain (settlement) in the UK on the basis of long residence
SET (M)
Indefinite leave to remain (settlement) in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK
SET (O)
Indefinite leave to remain (settlement) in the UK in various immigration categories listed in this form

As CR001 has already confirmed, none of these apply to the OP.

As a Tier 1E migrant, you
CANNOT apply for SET(O) at a Premium centre. You must apply via post
