Employment letter 5 Year Spouse Route SET(M)

Hi,
I wondered if anyone has a template they have used when providing the proof of employment letter for an ILR application on the 5 year spouse route?

There is no 'template letter' and I still fail to understand why members always ask this.
The letter needs to state when you/spouse started, salary, job title, etc.

Thank you for your reply. For the SET (M) does the letter need to state the individual will be employed for the foreseeable future?
