It can take up to 10 days, sometimes a bit longer.
Phone DX Couriers and ask if they have a parcel for you.

It says you need to wait 10 days before you can contact BRP team (online enquiry form only allows you to submit the form past 10 days).
I would recommend to send an email to BRP delivery team, although they say that this email is no longer monitored.
Recently my wife and son applied for ILR via premium. My wife got her BRP in 2 days. They sent out my son's BRP after I sent an email enquiring about it (after 5-6 days). The date on BRP was the date I got reply from BRP team, informing me that "a BRP is recently produced but cannot give any other details". I think someone forgot to press a button (probably).

thanks - i've asked them the same today.
10 day wait is bit too much for a premium.

The cards are not produced by the premium centre. They are produced by another government department.
Premium is for same day decision. It has never said you will get BRP card on the day too.
