My wife got visa on 6Juy 2012 and she came to UK on 31 Aug 2012 as a dependent of PSW Visa, later on in 30th Dec 20I3 I got Tier 4 General Student Visa and she got a Tier 4 Dependent Visa. As a Student I was not allowed to work from 2013 till 2015. Now I have received my ILR (based on being in UK FOR 10 YEARS), Now my question is :
1) Which visa should my wife apply.
2) Which form she must use.
3) Do I need to show £18600 maintenance, bear in mind I had no job as I was NOT allowed to work.

You response will be really helpful.

You will need to meet the 18600 requirement.

She will need to apply for FLR (M) as the spouse of a settled person.
Do you have a child at present who was born in UK?

Thank you for your reply.

I do not have any child.from last two years I was not allowed to work so how can I show the sary of£18600. Or I just show my bank statement of 18600 for certain period.

Won't be she able to apply on any other form, like 10 years long route dependent basis or FLR (p)

Well you could apply under FLR(FP), but without children, the chances of success is limited.

But you may have a case, given the length of time you and your wife have been living in the UK.

Thank you so much for your expert opinion.

Now I am applying under FLR (FP) As a Partner under 10 years route.
I do not need to show maintenance and No English Test is required unless applied under a Parent route.
