Hello,

I have been trying to book an appointment for the ILR premium service application based on 10-year continuous stay. I have been unable to for a few weeks now despite checking at midnight.

Each time I click on a date, it continually loads then comes up with an error message. Any ideas how to sort this out please?

Secondly, my Tier 2 visa will expire on 20th September 2018. There doesn't seem to be any available appointment date before 20th September. Is there a possibility that some dates before 20th September will be released in the system?

Will it be a problem if I apply a week later?

I have the option of renewing my work visa but I just want to get the ILR.

Please kindly help with some advice. Thanks in advance.

You must apply before your visa expires so no you cannot apply a week after expiry.

Sorry you're struggling I think the midnight appointments will be too late for you now. Try in the afternoons at like 12pm and 3pm. Some folks have reported bookings showing up at 7am now too. These will tend to be the earlier ones. Be careful though the date you click on will not always be the date that it tries to give you!

You may be too late to make an in-person appointment but perhaps you can still make a postal application for ILR.

I have the same issue. I want to apply using the same route. Is there any specific times for appointment refresh? Does it happen only on those times.?
