Hi Gurus,
Thanks for all your help in my previous queries. Here is another one please :)

I got my ILR (Tier 1 + Tier 2 G - 5 year route) in March 2019.
I am now going to apply ILR for my dependants [wife + 1 child (born outside UK)]
Their visa and residence history is as below:

Tier 1 G Dependant visa: 22/06/2014
1st entry: 08/07/2014
Left UK: 08/10/2014
2nd Entry: 02/08/2015 (after 298 days OR 9 months, 26 days)

After that there is no long absence from UK.

Questions:
1. When they can apply for ILR?
2. When would 28 days threshold starts for them; from date of visa or from date of 1st entry?
2. Which application form they should use?
3. Could long absence spanning into 2 years be a problem form them regarding continuous residency?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,
Confused!

1. Within 28 days before 5th anniversary of initial visa issue date.

2. Start date of initial visa.

3. Set O

4. No. Only absence for visas issued on or after 11 January 2018 have the absence limit.

Hi Gurus,
Can someone please provide a link to a post having list of required documents for ILR application for Tier2 G Dependants (wife + 1 child)?

I see search feature has been removed, don't if I have restricted access to this forum.

Regards,

Ya these are intermittent emotions :)

I have few more questions here but I hope there won't be any after next week :D

Well can you please tell do I, as Settled partner, have to provide any information about my financial situation? Actually I had resigned from Full Employment (Tier 2) right after getting ILR. Now I am running a LTD company and I am sole director of that so just wondering if I do have to provide information; what sort of document I need to attach to support the application.

Secondly, being only bread winner in the house hold, do I have to sign PART-3 of Concent form, as obviously, I will be paying for all applications?

Regards,
'Not' confused but curious :D

No.

Part 3 as I understand is if you are submitting any documents in joint names.
