ILR application for Tier dependant

Hello
Sorry for the long subject
I`m on T2 General and my wife and son are my dependents and we`ll apply for ilr on January/2019
Is that okay for my wife to start a self employed private company (ltd) while she works full time on another job ?
As far as I know , For the dependents HO does not limit how many hours they can work as long as additional income is properly taxed whereas for the main applicant additional work can`t be more than 20 hours and should be in the same category of the main applicant`s profession.
Could you please help me to verify this ? We don`t want to risk anything with our ILR applications.

Presumably you mean January 2020?

Your dependent spouse is free to do whatever work she wants to with the exception of the restriction on her visa.

ILR Application for outside UK born dependent & Birth Certificate

Hi
We`ll be applying for ILR through Tier 2 route in January. I would appreciate if you could take a look at my questions
My son was born outside UK and my wife and he hold Tier2 Dependent visas . All the visa end dates are same and March/2020. And I`m the main applicant.
1) On some
weblink removed by moderator I have seen `long form birth certificate` for children .
How does it apply for children born outside UK ? Can I upload his birth certificate translated to English ?
2) Is it possible to choose super priority for me and my wife and standard for him ? Are there any consequences other than he can`t leave UK until he has his passport back ?- My intention is to apply 30 hours free childcare and child benefit once we got the ILRs for me and my wife (hopefully)
3)There is another service `Priority` which costs 500£ and you can get a decision in 5 working days. Has anyone used this service ? (

ILR for young children(Tier2 route)

Hi everyone
I would really appreciate if you could look at my case below.
- Me, my wife and son are all on Tier 2 General .
- I'm the main applicant and they are dependants.
- Me and my wifes visa were granted on March 2014. Our qualifying period starts in January 25
- Our 3yr old son born outside UK and visa granted in July 2016.
My questions is
Can we all apply together ?I'm confused because my son has not lived here for 5 years yet .(Our plan is to use super priority)

There is no 5 year residency requirement for children. A non UK born child can get ILR when both parents are granted ILR so you can all apply for ILR together
