Hi All,

I came to London in 7th August 2014 as a tier 1 dependant visa. I couldn't apply for ILR with my partner last year because I was not qualified for ILR. Therefore, I applied for extension and my partner applied for ILR and both of us got approval. Now, I think I have qualified for the ILR too.

1. What are the documents needed to apply for ILR as PBS dependant?

2.Does my partner have to show any maintainance fee? If so how much?

3. I have passed life in the uk test, but I have to give english test so which english test should i give?

I look forward to hearing soon.

Many thanks in Advance.
