A Tier 4 visa issued for full-time degree level studies allows you to work for a maximum of 20 hours per week during term-time. If that was the case, then you should face no issues

Hi Zimba
I was studying Level 5 (2013) at that time in a College (A Rated) and thus had Resident permit saying "No Work except work placement". I did work for 3-4 months with previous employer as part time.
Will that come as an issue.
Kind Regrds

So your work was not related to your course or work placement as part of your course and visa conditions??

Hi CR001
Yes that's right.
Just wondering if that might be an issue if they check tax records for last 10 years.
Will that be down to luck or will they definite check tax records for 10 yrs
Don't want to waste Around £3k if refusal is 100% sure

Hi All,
Just trying to upload documents in UKVCAS however there is no document upload in Mandatory section. I have documents upload in optional.
is that an issue ?
Can i upload passports in optional documents ?
I have two passports, do i have to scan all pages or only with visa entry exit stamps ?
Applying for ILR (LR)
Any advice would be appreciated.
Regards

You should be able to atleast upload ur passport in the mandatory document option.
I uploaded all my documents under mandatory documents category.
Categories don’t matter as such as long as all required evidence is uploaded.
Use optional if easier
Yes you must scan and upload all passports held during the 10years to prove ur residence.
Ur continuous period begins from date of entry.

Hi Aman
As i stated earlier i have no upload section on Mandatory. I am thinking of uploading on Optional now.
Do i have to upload all pages of passport or
page with bio-data page only.
Regards

How will HO figure when you arrived in the UK and all ur entry and exits with just the Bio data page?
All ur passports and all their pages are to be scanned and uploaded so there in no ambiguity on ur arrival date or you absences from UK.
Proof of residence

Hi Aman90
My old passport has only UK Visa with entry stamp and all other pages empty.
Is is okay to upload bio-data pages with Visa and entry/exit dates.
My old passport has 60 pages hence might exceed 6MB if all pages are scanned.
Regards

Hi Aman90,
Thank you for your advice. One more thing, in consent form, there are 3 parts.
As i don't need to submit any bills or letters for LR , Shall i need to sign and upload only part 1 of the consent form or others too.
Regards

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with this as I did the postal route. I’ve seen posts regarding the same but never really bothered with them. Please search the forum or wait for an answer.

The consent form clearly states who needs to sign which part. Sign accordingly.
Applicant signs part 1
See if part 2 and 3 applies to you or not.
