I would be most grateful for your advice
I have studied in UK from 2009-2014, From 2014 I started working
I wish to apply ILR for working in UK for 5 years (not the 10 year route)

One of the question asks
" Since you first entered the UK, have you had any absences from the UK? "

Should I give evidence of absence from 2009 or 2014?
What if I can't remember all my absence dates from 2009-2014 (when I was studying)? (My passport states arrival dates in UK but not departure dates...)

Absences only during your 5 year qualifying period.

Also, the “first entry to UK” is based on the route via which you qualify for ILR.

Hi all

I have lived in UK for at least 5 years now. I have employment letters to prove my absence in UK, stating my role as a doctor and employment period. I will also be submitting degree certificate, Life in UK test, travel document, BRP, bank statement.

Unfortunately it might be a difficult for me to obtain tenancy documents as I move every year and not every landlord replies...

Will my application still be accepted?

Tenancy agreements are not compulsory for ILR. I applied for mine without submitting them.

I provided a yearly council tax bills, utility bills (water, gas electricity...). I think I sent too many of them But tenancy agreements are not necessary if you have the above.

None if that is required for tier 2 to ilr route if no dependents are applying at the same time.

The EU settled scheme/PR that you followed has completely different rules and requirements, where such documents might be required.

It is not a "one size fits all" across every single immigration route. Kindly understand the requirements of the route members are asking about before offering advice. Submitting a bunch of unnecessary documents in many routes creates confusion, delays and often refusals as the important docs can be missed.
