Interview Transcript Required

One and half months after being interviewed, I sent a mail to the compliance team (the same team who had conducted my interview) to email me the interview transcript.
But neither they have acknowledged my email nor they have sent any reply.
Have I asked the correct department to send me the interview transcript or do I need to email some other department for the same?

You can follow below steps:
1) Call them and ask for the same.
2) Send an email to Complain email address and ask for the interview transcript.
3) Use that Public Equerries one email and ask for the interview transcript (or do both step 2 & 3).
4) Involve your MP to write an letter (this scenario only applicable after 12th December).
