I am applying for SET M for my spouse. I have been with the same employer for many years. but I took a second job for 3 months when I had a break from my main employer. Now I am very confused about how to calculate these 2 incomes for cat B . when to had the 3 months from the main job I still receiving payslips but no income, at the same time I have payslips from my second that was a weekly payment. Actually my wife is working for her employer for 2 years but her annual income is less than £18600 to go for cat A.
question:
1) should I use my 2 2 jobs to make the financial requirement?
2)should I use my main job and my wife's job to combine?
3)can I use my 2 jobs and my wife's job?
4)how to calculate my 2 jobs for cat B?
the figures below are for my 2 jobs can someone help to calculate his for cat B?
oct: 1669.84
sep: 1620.25
aug: 1213.20
Jul: 182.67
jun: -31.00
may: 569.33
apr: 1670.56
mars: 1667.11
Feb: 1677.80
Jan: 1699.12
dec: 1724.27
nov: 1677.20
for the second job.
Jul: 2000
jun: 1900
Jul: 1900
that was a weekly payment of £500 per week of £400 is because of the bank holiday.
thanks

Option 2 will be more straightforward under category B if by combining your both incomes during the last 12 months reaches to £18600. And secondly the combination of yours both income during the last 6 months is at least £9300. If your income doesn't cover under option 2 then use option 3 where you have to add the income from your second temporary job as well. But use option 2 first.

hi honorable member
I just did the calculation and have these figures :
my 1st job only in last 12 months: £13663.15
my wife job only in the last 12 months: £12163.67
and last 6 months for both total: £14470.74
so I think is better for me to combine my main job income and my wife's income simple without adding up my second job income. or what do you suggest?
thanks

hi all member
I have a question regarding the right date to submit my wife ILR.
she came into the UK on 27/09/2014 and since then reapplied for FLR and her biometric expire date is 06/01/2020 . can we apply for the ILR anytime sooner or 28 days before the expire date 06/01/2020?
thank you

She could have applied on 1st September already and can apply at any before her visa expires provided she meets all the requirements.
