PBS Dependent absences from the UK

Hello,
I currently have an ILR on the route from being on tier 2 general visa, my wife continues to be on Tier 2 general dependent visa. She has been on it for now over 5 years.
Tier 2 General Dependent Visa Granted on : 05/09/2014 - 14/01/2017
Tier 2 General Dependent Visa Extended / BRP : 17/11/2016 - 29/12/2019
On her ILR application i see that :
Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Should i consider her leave from UK or is she exempt from that as she was granted visa before Jan 2018? Please advise what i must indicate
