Should be fine. Also employer letters from both of you will be required.

We both have an employment letter but her employer didn't mentione about that particular payslip. Do you think we should add a note to explaining why?

Many thanks to you seagul. One more question to do the calculation we just add up all both incomes . Or we have to divide her income by 11? Thanks

You don't have to do it if the aggregation of your both incomes during the last 12 months is £18600 and £9300 during the last 6 months.

Category A. If she is working for same employer from 6 months then her alone income is sufficient to meet the requirement assuming you have no other dependant.

Yes she's with the same employer over 2 years and applying alone that her last 6 months income is:
Nov:1734.05
Oct:1863.56
Sept:1963.43
Aug:1413.58
Jul:1475.04
Jun:1431.14
=9880.8 /6×12=19761.6
That's correct???
Thanks

Yes correct. Show same calculations on covering letter and highlight pacifically that these are made under none-salaried category A route.

Ok she's in Zero hours contract so in the online application they asking the annual salary should I put £19761.6 as her annual salary? On her employment letter they didn't put her annual salary because she's bank Zero hours contract.
Many thanks

Employer need to give average annualized wages figure in that letter.

she asked the employer to include the annual salary but they said because she is on zero contract and her salary variation they can't give an amount the annual salary. Her employer is thinking is she applying for another job even she told them that for HO. But the rest of the information is there.
Do you think is going to be a problem?
thanks

Without annual wage figure the letter will be incomplete. Simply request the employer to add the total of her last 12 months wages which he/she most probably won't deny. Then you can yourself show to HO the relevant calculations as above.

hi Seagul
am back to you for help as I said last time my wife has requested her employer to add the gross annual salary but they said they can't because she working on a zero-hours contract and her working hours can change at any time, even she gave them the total of her last 12 months income. Now we don't really know what to do Any suggestion is welcome.
thank you

Then there is no option other than giving yourself the annual income figure in covering letter by being honest & open to HO that due to zero hour contract it is against the policy of your employer to mention it in letter. But that employer must respond to UKVI caseworker's enquiry. Inform him beforehand.

If you are British and she meets the standard 3 year requirements, then she can apply now. Please ask any British citizenship questions in the correct sub forum and not in the ILR sub forum please.
