Hi,I need some help URGENTLY regarding 'Declarations' for various bank accounts listed in Document Check List , I have just submitted ILR application on line for my Wife and have paid the Fees on line . I have also booked Appointment for UKVCAS in two weeks time. When I filled the form I have downloaded the 'Declaration Signed by Partner' , But looking at the Document Checklist, there are about 4 different Declarations for various accounts .I did not come across any other down load link in the application. I am not able to go back to check Section 5 'Declaration' on the form. Is there any download link to download these Declarations to print and sign so that I can include in the Document upload to UKVCAS.

There is a link before final submission for consent forms 1, 2,3. Check it very well. It is a separate link.

There will be a link to download @STEP 7 further actions page AFTER you have submitted and paid.

Hi, Thank you for replying . The link in 'Further Action' is this one:
'Declaration for spouses, civil partners, proposed civil partners, fiancé(e)s, and
unmarried partners'. I have printed this out and signed it Since I have already submitted the application , I cannot go back to any other sections on the application for the link before final submission for consent forms 1, 2,3 Any idea as to how to get this Declaration form so that I can print and sign it to add to the Upload documents List . Also in the Document check list there are 4 different places requesting for Declaration for 4 different accounts .Do I have to Print and sign four times or just Once .
I would appreciate any response.

Just follow the link at the further actions page. I am assuming you are filling out a SET(M) for your wife. The consent forms you are talking about usually are required for SET(O).
Any consent forms required will be on the further actions page.

All applications have the consent forms, not just Set O.

Hi CULLINAN,
Thanks again for your reply. Yes I have completed SET(M) online for my wife. That link in 'Further Action' is the same as the one under the Document Check List ' Mandatory documents'( which states that Your Partner should download , sign and return. It seems like this is the only Declaration Partner has to sign for ILR.
