10 year route reset

Hello team,
Firstly, thanks for this blog as many of the questions are answered earlier without even the need to ask.
My question is in regards to 10 year route to ILR. I have come to UK in 2012 on PSW,then Tier 2 General in 2013 and then Tier 2 Dependent in 2015( where my 5 year route has reset). Being on Tier 2 dependent I have traveled back to India to obtain Tier 2 GENERAL in 2017 with leave to enter. I was said by someone that when I have left UK for getting TIER 2 general in 2017 and my earlier stay has been reset and the moment when I have got the Leave to Enter and then the clock begins again. So could you please confirm if my 10 year route has reset OR is still counted?
