i want to apply online premium service for ilr settlement and my 10 years completeing on 18-01-2020 but obviously i can apply 28 days before which is 23-12-2019

my question is that can i fill and submit online application now and book the appointment for 23 december or later on or do i have to submit the application on 23rd dec and book the appointment.

i mean its easier if i fill the form now and submit it online and book the appoitment for 23rd dec or later dates.thanks for your help

HO office expects the online submission to be within 28 days of qualifying date.
On the other hand, caseworkers are advised to calculate continuous residence from day of decision if it benefits the applicant.
