Ilr eligibility very confused

Hi, everyone
I am very confused regarding this ilr application,
Came in uk January 2010 student visa
Psw visa approved nov 2011
Tier 1 visa approved april 2013
Tier 1 extension applied april 2017
Tier 1 ext refused june 2018
admin review refused July 2018
2nd tier 1 ext application applied within 14 days with some new evidence
2nd tier 1 ext application refused august 2019
Applied for FLRfp within 14 days Aug 2019
Flr fp refused nov 19 with right of appeal, submitted appeal within 14 days
Can someone advice what now any point of applying ilr when my 10 years completed or there is no chance.
