You can all apply for ILR on 01/02/20.
Presumably ur dependants didn’t apply for any extensions after JAN 2018.

Thanks but its confusing me.
my dependants came Nov 2015 and left to my home country the stay was 4 months in UK, then again they back to Home country and again return to UK and stay was month and back to home country till 2018 Aug.
The gap more than 180 days but, I would like to understand whether this rule is applicable for dependants as well? or only main applicant?
However, could you please advise what are the supporting documents to be submitted? to apply ILR?

1. Time period between visa issue and date of entry for main applicant is an allowable absence as long as it doesn’t exceed 180 days. ( ur case)
2. PBS dependants absences are not subject to absence limits if leave was granted or applied before JAN 2018. They can have entered after 180 days and still apply for ILR with visa issue date.
(Ur dependants)
Children are not subject to absence limits.
Did ur dependants apply for a visa after Jan 2018
Read pertinent guidance and peruse forum forum for documents list.

Thanks, as per home office, I'm eligible to apply only march 25, 2020 as I entered to UK on april 25, 2015 though my visa validity started from 02 feb, 2015. I hope am right here, correct me if any
my dependent visa start date is 02/feb/2015 but my wife enter to UK november, 2015, (visa type:tier 2 partner) which was valid till feb, 2018, then agian applied extension for all 3 and received visa till sep, 2020.
now BRP card says (visa type: PBS dependent for son and wife), as per your reply i believe i can apply ILR for my dependent while am applying as leaves / gaps not applicable for them, please correct me my understating is correct or not

Hi,
Could someone help me when can i apply my ILR?
I have Tier-2 General with 11/Feb/2015 - 14/Sep/2020 ( 5 year 7 month).
I have entered to UK on 25/Apr/2015 though my visa starts from 11/Feb/2015
could you please advise/confirm whether i can apply 11/Jan/2020 or 25/Mar/2020? (visa starts date or Uk enter date)
I have been told total 180 days can be shown as absence, wherein the gap between Visa start date and entry date is 74 days. is this days can be considered as absence?
Regards
Karthik

Relax, try to comprehend and get ur facts straight.
1. As a PBS visa holder your DATE of VISA
ISSUE can be considered legally for calculating continuous residence for ILR.
2. Date of entry is irrelevant in ur case as you entered UK within 180 days of visa issue.
You state ur initial visa was valid from 02 FEB 2015
and later state 11 FEB 2015. What is it?
Visa issue date minus 28 days= ILR date online application submission.

Ur dependants can apply with you at the same time.
Just make sure that after 01 MAR 18 your spouse did not take any absences exceeding 180 days.
