Your list looks fine. A little too many.

Cohab docs must span previous 2 years only. 3 different evidences are enough.

Are both you and ur wife combining finances to qualify? If not then submitting her personal bank statement serves no purpose.

Don't use above two for meeting the financial requirement rather for cohabitation purposes will be fine.
