5YEAR ILR Route - Salary Enquiry - 39hr/week or no?

Hello Everyone,
I'm hoping if someone could help me with my query.
I have been with the same employer under Tier 2, and have qualified for 5 year ILR route. The question that I have (I'm getting conflicting responses on this) :
- What is the weekly hour base that UKVI uses to calculate threshold salary? I know for Tier 2 they use 39hr/week
[/list]
I earn £2791/month on a 35hr a week contract? Does this make me eligible (assuming UKVI is using 39/hr week as base to calculate £35800/annum)
My current visa expires on 20th December ,so would appreciate if someone can help with this.
I also will be come eligible for 10 year ILR from 5th Jan 2020.
Thanks in advance

Applied for ILR Route: SET LR, Main applicant only,
See timeline below:

Original Documents scanned and uploaded: 07/01/2019 ( was told I can travel anytime whilst application in process as current BRP valid until 20/03/2020
Correspondence with HO - 26/02/2019 - 06/03/2019 ( conflicting responses saga started whether I can travel or not)
Correspondence with Border Force - 26/02/2019 - 10/03/2019( HO suggested I check with Border Force regarding travelling whilst application in-flight. Conflicting responses received again)
Correspondence with Immigration Adivsors - 26/02/2019 - 10/03/2019( HO suggested I check with Immigration Advisors listed on gov.uk website. Conflicting responses received)
Correspondence with HO via MP - 13/03/2019 - 06/04/2019 ( Explained to MP how the new UKVCAS process doesn't accept original documents, the conflicting responses from HO, BF and IA. After multiple follow up from MP to Director Of Immigration, got informed can't do anything as the process has changed but the law(paragraph 35) still stands therefore, best not to travel)
Consideration Email by HO: None
DX Delivery Email: 25/04/2019
BRP Card Received: 26/04/2019
Approval Letter Received: 27/04/2019( Approval letter dated 20/04/2019 stated please find original documents, which I never submitted originally. Waste of special Saturday delivery and lack of paying attention to what is being posted. Waste of Tax Payers Money and Money on travel plans that I had for business trip in 1st week of April and Anniversary trip in 3rd week of April, thanks to the amazing Immigration laws and processes in place )
