ILR Set (M)

Hi Guys,
Firstly a big thank you to many of the posters in here as I have gained a lot of informaiton through these forums. I just never posted before but I needed some advice from those with more knowledge. And I intend to give back to the community this time once I have completed the process as you learn so much by the end. Thanks in advance to all that can help.
Simply need some questions answered to progress my wifes' last stage of Visa application. Have done LTR (January 2015, she entered UK in March 2015) and then FLTR in October 2017. Coming upto ILR in a few months. There seems to be less information at this stage, previously there was the Appendix FM but I cannot find this anywhere official now. Had a few questions.
1) SET (M) - Is the form to use right?
2) Do I need a housing inspection report, I live on rent in the past applications I was living with parents so had to give the report, title deeds and letter from mother. This time I think i need inspection report, rental agreement and letter from letting agent?
3) Is it necessary to have middle names on correspondence. I noticed that some of our letters exclude the middle name?
4) I changed the address linked to my Wifes' BRP about 10 months after we moved, I didn't realize we had to, is this OK?
5) Does the sponsors employee letter have the same format as previous stages?
6) What items need a copy? Everything?
I have made a list of documents but not sure if this is correct. I have based on responses in forum and the list I sent before

o Original Passport of Applicant with copy of every page (Old and new Passport)
o Original Passport of Sponsor with copy of every page
o Passport photos with name on back
o Receipt of ILR Payment
o Bimoetric Resident Permit
Relationship and English
o Marriage certificate Original
o Marriage certificate True Translation to English
o English test certificate – B1
o LIUK test certificate
Financial Documentation
o Sponsors Employee Letter
o Sponsors Pay Slips for 6 months
o Sponsors Bank Statement for 6 months
o Sponsors Employee contract
o Sponsors Latest P60
Accommodation
o Accommodation letter from landlord
o Rental Agreement
o Property inspection report
Correspondence
o At least 6 letters on joint names from Feb 2018 to Feb 2020
o Feb 2018 to October 2018 Old Property (Feb 2018, June 2018, Oct 2018)
o October 2018 to Feb 2020 New Property (Oct 2018, Feb 2019, June 2019, Oct 2019, Feb 2020)
