Hi Guys

This forum is very helpful, appreciate all the efforts.

I'm holding T1 Entrepreneur 200k visa.

I got entry clearance on 31/07/2015
entered the UK 02/08/2015
extended in november 2018
got extension in january 2019 till January 2021

I will be eligible for the ILR on 02/07/2020.

I have one full time employee 130 hours a months, same person from the beginning.
I have two part time employees, 104 hours and 69 hours a month completing one job role, both joined in feb and march 2019(after extension ) one of them European passport holder

My wife and I are holding Life In the UK certificate
I'm relying on my Ielts certificate which is expired but from the approved centers in the list.
My wife got certificate of comparability and language by UK NARIC.

Both of us been abroad less than 90 days a year for the past years.

I have two questions:

1- apart from documents prepared from accountant (wages, accounts and etc ), absent dates, life in the uk test, English requirement, completing 12 months job creation for 2 roles, evidence of genuineness and CAR, any other action or documents required?

2- my wife will be due in July-August 2019 with our first child , what would I do for child's documentation in case we didn't receive ILR by the end of july? How long after birth we can wait without any immigration status?

I appreciate your guidance

No

Child born in the UK does not need a visa. If you get ILR before the birth, your child will be automatically British when born. If you did not get ILR by that time, then register child as British after getting ILR

You better read the guidance first to be clear. Also, there are many topics where applicants have shared their experience and list of documents. I suggest you search the forum.

Missing documents:

1) Accounts are not needed for ILR.
2) You need to prove your company is registered for corporation tax.
3) You need 1 month business bank statement or bank letter.
4) You need to mention director/employee job roles description.
5) You dont have to provide any documents to prove genuineness. However, if need be, HO may request later.
