Happy New Year

We have submitted my spouse 5yr ILR online visa application (Standard Route) and uploaded all documents and kept originals with us. We gave Bio-metrics at Reading 2nd Dec. This is first time we are using online application i have the following query:

1. We keep hold off our all original documents, Passport, BRP card until HO ask us, the reason for this query is we can still login to Steria account but we thought it will be disabled as soon as Biometrics are given, is this a normal behavior or we missing something?

It's normal. Do not add or delete documents, anything you do on the portal now will be disregarded.

Thank you for a swift reply CR001 much appreciated. Nah we haven't uploaded or deleted any documents on Steria link...all done before bio metrics were given on 2nd Dec 2019.
