ILR 5 year route with Tier 1 Entrepeneur + Tier 2 General. Employer refused to issue letter for absence

1. Hi, I have completed 5 years on a combnation of Tier 1 Entrepreneur + currently valid Tier General visa. I would like to know what documents I will need to submit as my 5 years are a combination of the above 2 visas.

2. Also, my current employer is a government organisation and an A rated sponsor for Tier 2 visa. They have refused to give me the absence letter and I am struggling to convince them. I have evidence on email that they will not issue the letter to me. I have travelled a lot over the last few years but I am within the limit of 180 days per year. I can provide evidence that my absence did not affect my work and any leave leave exceeding my annual leave allowance was time off in lieu due to other overtime. Can you please advise if this would suffice?

They simply need to give you a letter that your absences from work were authorised by them. What are you asking them to give you ?

I sent them a screenshot of the letter requirements and the ilr calculating continuous period in UK pdf. When I spoke to HR I asked them for a letter listing all my absences such as annual leave and confirming these were authorised. I work for public sector and they are very rigid when it comes to issuing any official letters. I managed to get the employment confirmation letter from them.
