hello everyone,

I am loking for advice..

my history:-
came uk 2007 on student dependent till 2011

switch and got tier 1 general on 2012 as main applicant

extended tier1 on 2014

switch to spouse visa on 2016 as wife got ILR on 10 year basis

in 2018 I applied for ILR on 10 year basis, but HO hold my application and now last week I got letter saying they are considering refusal bcs of tax discrepencies in previous tier1 visa (even tax been amended and paid) and now giving me a last oppurtinity to say anything about that tax discrepency before they make a complete decision.

Now My wife is british citizen and we have son both got british passport...

Follow the link given to you above. Tax discrepancies under Tier 1G route do not disappear if you apply under klong residence. Time spent under Tier 1G must be lawful and tax issues under that period could mean your Tier 1G visa was not obtained lawfully
