Hello,

I received Tier 2 General Visa on 1st March, 2015.
I entered UK on 11th march, 2015.
I started my job on 16th March, 2015.

Which date I should use to count 5 year eligibility for ILR?
I would like to apply for ILR at the soonest date. What date that would be?

Cheers!!!

Hello,

What is the right way to provide the travel history while submitting ILR application?
- List all exit/entry to UK in a table and paste it in cover letter?
eg:, From 25/09/2015, to 12/10/2015 Traveled to USA for Leisure.

- Do I need to provide proof for each and every travel outside UK while I was on Tier 2 visa ?
- Do I need letter from my employer for every holiday I took during this period ?

Cheers!!!

It starts counting from visa ISSUE date. You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the visa issue date.

The online form has a table that you complete.

Your passport and passport stamps IS the proof!!

You need an absence letter from your employer.
