Hi
Couldnt find the answer to my question so posted as new topic.
I am applying for ilr on 5 year spouse visa route.
I am the applicant and my husband is the sponsor. He earns well over £18600 income threshold and i earn under the threshold. My question is if he exceeds the threshold do i still need to add my income in the ilr application. And if i dont have to should i mention it in the additional comments to support my application that i a work in the uk however not declared income as sponsor exceeds the limit if required i can submit my payslips and bank statements or no? Please guide.

Secondly my husband and his brother have the house ownership i live in do they both need to write a letter each for my ilr application that they are happy to have me living in the house or just my husbands letter is ok?

You don’t need to combine incomes. A letter from the Brother confirming agreement to you both residing there would be helpful.

Thank You Amber. Just a quick one.

When it asks for additional comments to support application should i then mention that I am working in the uk and settled etc..?

Also should i submit my bank statement that shows my salary or submit another bank account statement not showing salary. Thanks

It makes no difference. You can add further information if you wish.
