I am new on this forum I have question
I came Uk 2007 -2010 student visa
Renew student visa 2010-2012
2012 I got PSW to till 2014
Then I applied tire1 got refused 2015 went to upper tribunal lost appeal but didn’t went to JR
Again 2015 submit Tire1 application with in time
Home Office remove 3C (right to work)
2016 refused again tire1 application
I submit new application 2016 set LR
Then 2018 I submit FLRO FP while my set LR application was in home office
Then 2019 I applied EU civil partnership application and withdraw SET LR and FLRO FP I got 5 years EU family resident card
My question is
Can I get ILR on my 10 year base or my continuity got broken when home Office removed 3C (right to work)

No as your did not have lawful residence from 2015 (exhausting your appeal rights) until you were granted EU residence in 2019.

I been with my EU partner since November 2016 and I have daughter from her 15 months old
I applied EU civil partnership visa august 2019 and I got visa December 2019 Eu resident family 5 years visa question is when I’m eligible to apply ILR?
How I should count my 5 years
Since I’m with her November 2016 or when I got visa

I would look into EU settlement scheme path to ILR. Try to get pre-settled status and then settled status that way. As you had an EU partner since 2016, then maybe you can get settled status in 2021 under the EU settlement scheme.
