Tier 2 General to ILR Query

Hello!
I am currently on tier 2 general visa and would be applying for ILR next month. September 2018 i changed employers. I have a 3 week gap in between employers. In that gap I went on holiday outside the UK. Would that affect my application? Thank you!

Hello!
I will be applying for ILR soon, when I moved jobs I was issued a new certificate of sponsorship. In that CoS it was written that I would be starting on the month of June but my actual start date is September. Will this affect my application? Should I ask for a letter from my employer now as an explanation about this?
