would like advise with my visa

I am currently on a leave to remain on a basis of relationship with a British child

I have applied 3 times and would like to know when i will be eligible for indefinite leave to remain .

I will be in uk for 10yrs next year but the 3yrs were from spouse visa.so would i be able to apply for ILR
On a basis of 10yrs long residence which is 7yrs parent route+3yrs spouse visa or i can only apply after i have completed the 10yrs of 2.5 visas .will they consider the 3years from spouse visa or it will be disregarded.

Thank you for your help

Yes all visas counted under long residence route provided you never overstayed or left the country for more than 180 days anytime during 10 years. Once you completed your 10 years from the date of entry to UK minus 28 days then you can apply ILR.
