Hello all,

I am applying ILR through PBS Tier2 Dependent Route. My partner became a British Citizen through Tier2 Gen route.
I have filled the online Set(O) form and needs some help with a list of documents they are asking.
1. Declaration Signed by the (My Partner's Name) to confirm Consent for Home Office Checks?
-Where can I find a template for this consent form?
2. Evidence of my Immigration Status?

Also, along with the above Do I need to take my Bank Statements as well?
If so is there any min £££ I need to show in my bank statements?
how many months of bank statements are needed?
I am a full-time employee, so Do I need to take my payslips? and any letter from the company?
