Dear All,

I recently got a Fixed Penalty Notice for parking code 033 - unnecessary obstruction (non-endorsable offense), I paid the fine on time. Do I need to mention this under Convictions and other penalties (Just want to confirm)

I selected yes for Convictions & penalties
Found FPN option under "A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalties" and it got a mandatory field "Give more detail and if it was a conditional caution, include the conditions" - I'm not sure what I should I give since there is no condition.

My general question is will the FPN affect my ILR application

Thanks for your reply, It's a ticket issued by the police for partially blocking the pavement (it was on my car' windshield when I returned)

If no name then its on car no on you.


Anyone could be driving , no one asked you to name the driver as a registered keeper ?
